Method
1 Heat 200ml boiling water with ½tsp cinnamon and 3tbsp olive oil until boiling. Pour over 200g couscous. Cool. Add 50g raisins, 50g toasted flaked almonds, a drained, rinsed 400g can of chickpeas, 2tbsp chopped coriander and 2 peeled and chopped clementines. Mix well.
